In September of 2005 the first Bellingham Robeks Fruit Smoothies and Healthy Eats opened in Barkley Village with the second one opening in July of 2006 in Sehome Village.
Robeks menu features a variety of blended to order fruit smoothies, fresh fruit & vegetable juices, wheat grass, power shots, and frozen yogurt swirled with fresh fruit. The gourmet Wraps, Salads, Soups and Hot Pretzels are made to order. Please call and ask about Catering and Delivery.
Winner of the Bellingham Chamber of Commerce Small Business Award of the Year in 2007, Robeks owner, Abbe Rolnick, believes that just as we nourish our bodies so we can remain healthy, think clearly, and make better decisions, we must also nourish the community we live in.
